Preorder pricing terms

Regular products and medicine/supplements are calculated as separate groups:

• Total gross weight means the products, retail packaging and protective packaging in each group. Automatically detected retailer weights are estimates and must be verified.
• Each group's billable weight is rounded up separately to the next full kilogram. A gross weight of 800 g is charged as 1 kg; 1,200 g is charged as 2 kg.
• If a request contains both groups, the two subtotals are calculated separately and then added together.
• The ৳100 welcome discount applies once to a customer's first confirmed online-shop order after eligibility verification. It does not apply multiple times or to unconfirmed requests.
• All products are subject to availability. Submission of a request does not guarantee that an item can be purchased.
• Prices on US retailer websites may change at any time. The displayed amount is an estimate and the final price may change after verification.
• Velour Signature House reserves the right to cancel a request or order if an item becomes unavailable, its price changes, payment is not received, or fulfillment is not possible.
• A 50% advance payment is required when the customer accepts the final quote and places the order. The balance is due according to the confirmed order terms.
• An order is not confirmed until Velour Signature House verifies the items, sends the final quote, receives acceptance and collects the required advance payment.

PRIVACY

How request information is used

We collect the name, phone number, email address, customer account information, product links and types, requested sizes and colors, quantities, merchandise values, gross weights and notes submitted through the website. We use this information to prepare quotes, send acknowledgements, verify discount eligibility, contact customers, manage orders and maintain business records.

Customer and quote information is available only to authorized Velour Signature House administrators and service providers needed to operate the website, deliver email and fulfill an order. We do not sell customer information. Customers may contact us to request correction or deletion of their information, subject to legal and transaction-record requirements.
